Prithviraj bags Tamil Nadu state award for best villain
Young superstar of Mollywood, Prithviraj Sukumaran, grabbed the Tamilnadu state film award for best actor in a negative role for his power packed performance in the movie Kaaviya Thalaivan, which was released in 2014. The actor has shared his happiness through a Facebook post and thanked director Vasanthabalan, actor Siddharth and Y Not Studios. Interestingly, Siddharth was chosen as best actor for his performance in the same movie.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami announced the Film Awards for the years 2009-2014 on Wednesday. Apart from Prithviraj, many Keralites including Amala Paul (Mynaa), Nayantara (Raja Rani), Lakshmi Menon (Kumki, Sundarapandian), Nazariya Nazim (Neram) and Iniya (Vaagai Sooda Vaa) are there in the list.
