Mammootty to play Inspector Mani Sir in Khalid Rahman’s Unda
Megastar Mammootty is all set to play the lead role of Police Inspector Mani Sir in the upcoming action-comedy Unda, directed by Khalid Rahman, a young man who made his directorial debut with the much acclaimed movie Anuraga Karikkin Vellam. The movie has an ensemble star cast that consists of Bollywood actor Bhagwan Tiwari, Shine Tom Chacko, Jacob Gregory, Alencier, Arjun Asokan, Dileesh Pothan and Sudhi Kopa.
This big-budget action-comedy movie will have some high voltage action sequences choreographed by Sham Kaushal, who was the stunt coordinator of Bollywood movies like Sanju, Padmaavat and Dangal. Gavemic U. Ary will be handling the cinematography section while Prashant Pillai composes music. It will be shot at various locations in Kasaragod, Bangalore and Chhattisgarh and will go on floors on October 10. The movie will be funded by Krishnan Sethukumar under the banner of Movie Mill in association with Gemini Studios.
