Jayasurya to play Kadamattathu Kathanar in his next
Jayasurya, who is an expert on essaying real-life heros on screen, is all set to play Kadamattathu Kathanar, a priest with supernatural powers, who is believed to have lived at Kadamattom in Ernakulam. Scripted by Ramanand, the fantasy thriller which will be shot using 3D technology, will be directed by Rojin Thomas, who has earlier associated with Jayasurya in the movie Philips and the Monkey Pen.
The movie, which will have two parts, will be produced by Vijay Baby under the banner of Friday Film House and will be shot at various locations in Palakkad. Jayasurya is currently busy with the filming of Sufiyum Sujathayum, one another project of Friday Film House. The actor has also signed three other movies with the production house, Thrissur Pooram, Aadu 3, and a biopic on the life of legendary actor Sathyan.
