It’s a pack up for Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Vimaanam

The principal photography of Prithviraj Sukumaran’s upcoming movie Vimaanam, written and directed by debutant Pradeep M. Nair, has been completed. Prithviraj took to his official Facebook page to announce that they have winded up the shoot of the movie. He will play the role of a mechanic, who has a dream of making an aircraft, in the movie, which is loosely based on the real-life story of Saji Thomas, a deaf and mute man who made a light-weight aircraft on his own. Interestingly, the actor has undergone a physical transformation to play the character effectively.

Debutante Durga Krishna is appearing as the female lead of the movie. Vimaanam also features Nedumudi Venu, Sudheer Karamana, Alencier Ley, P Balachandran, Shanthi Krishna and Anarkali Marikar in significant roles. This big budget movie is produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames. Meanwhile Prithviraj's next release will be the Adam Joan directed by Jinu V Abraham.
